What is the rental pool program?

At The House Residence Azure Zanzibar, participation in the rental pool program is mandatory. This system allows every investor to generate passive income by having their villa professionally managed and rented to international tourists. Revenues are shared between the owner and the management company, with marketing, operations, and guest services handled entirely by our team, ensuring high occupancy rates and hassle-free returns.

How many residences are available for purchase?
